The “results are in”… and Sonya and I want to say “Congratulations” and “Thank you” to our Carrell Homes and Grand Designs teams for making our “Southport” model home a First Place winner in the Brunswick County Homebuilders Association Parade of Homes. Not only did we receive the first place “Diamond Award” in our category, we also received first place for “Best Kitchen and Family Room” in the Parade.
These awards are always the work of many dedicated people…and in our case…from our two great teams at Grand Designs and Carrell Homes. We also salute our vendor and subcontractor teams for their contributions to this effort.
We also recognize Tim Carter…Carrell Homes Project Manager for this home…and Lucy Hendricks…who created a stunning interior design for the Southport.
