Dunes: At this home, Carrell Homes added a gazebo, pool, hot tub, and 2-story addition w/ social bar, game room, exercise room, and bathroom. |

As every renovation project is unique, we have created a few guidelines to help you decide whether or not our services are right for your project. Please review our project criteria to choose whether or not your goals can be met:
- Renovation Specialist projects will be priced under a Cost/Plus format
- Renovation Specialist projects will typically have a projected value of >$25,000
- Renovation Specialist projects will be evaluated on a case by case basis to assess construction feasibility and estimated costs
